IMPORTANT: School Closure tomorrow 8/21/23 / IMPORTANTE: Escuela cerrada mañana 8/21/23

Dear St. Thomas the Apostle School Community,
Due to Tropical Storm Hilary and the timing of the evening heavier rain, school will be closed tomorrow. This will allow us time in the morning to assess the neighborhood and the school facilities for any flooding and/or damage. It is a difficult decision to make, but it is for the health and safety of our teachers, staff and school families. I thank you in advance for understanding.

Estimada comunidad escolar de Santo Tomás Apóstol,
Debido a la tormenta tropical Hilary y la tormenta más fuerte que se espera esta noche, la escuela estará cerrada mañana. Esto nos dará tiempo en la mañana para evaluar nuestra comunidad y las instalaciones de la escuela para cualquier inundación o daños. Es una decisión difícil de tomar, pero es la mejor para la salud y la seguridad de nuestros profesores, personal y familias de la escuela. Les agradezco de antemano su comprensión.
