New Year Raffle 2021
IMPORTANT UPDATES
Dear St. Thomas the Apostle School Community:
While we are excited for our much anticipated New Year raffle, we want to make sure we are doing this in the safest way possible. The health and safety of our staff and school families is a top priority. In order to execute a safe and smooth raffle ticket drop-off, please follow the following guidelines.

Drop-Off Drive Thru Style – Thursday, January 7th between 3:00pm-5:00pm. (Please make sure to have exact change and raffle stubs filled out ahead of time)

You must stay in your car and wear your mask at all times.

If you or anyone in your household has been exposed to COVID-19, is currently in quarantine, or has any symptoms, PLEASE STAY HOME. (If this applies to you, please make arrangements with the school office to make payment via FACTS. We will create new raffle tickets for you.)

Families who are required to do fundraising and did not pick up tickets will automatically be charged via FACTS.

We will draw winners on Monday, January 11th. We will contact winners directly! GOOD LUCK!

Querida comunidad de la escuela Santo Tomas:
Aunque estamos muy emocionados por nuestro sorteo de año nuevo, queremos asegurarnos que lo hagamos le la manera mas segura. La salud de nuestro personal y familias es prioridad. Para llevar a cabo la entrega de boletos de forma segura, por favor de seguir las siguientes reglas generales:
- Entrega estilo DRIVE-THRU el jueves, 7 de enero entre 3:00pm-5:00pm. (Por favor de tener cambio exacto y los boletos completados).
- Por favor de quedarse en su carro y con cubre bocas durante el tiempo que este aquí.
- Si usted o alguien de su familia ha sido expuesto al COVID-19, esta en cuarentena, o tiene síntomas, POR FAVOR QUÉDESE EN CASA. (Si esto le aplica a usted, por favor de contactar a la oficina para hacer su pago a través de FACTS. Nosotros crearemos nuevos boletos de rifa).
- Familias que se les requiere participar en recaudación de fondos y no recogieron sus boletos, se les cobrara a través de FACTS.
- Los ganadores se anunciaran el lunes, 11 de enero. Nosotros nos pondremos en contacto con los ganadores. Buena suerte!
