On Friday, May 13th, St. Thomas the Apostle will be participating in our annual Scholarship Walk-a-thon!
We invite family and friends to join us in helping raise funds for our Heritage Scholarship Fund. Each participant will raise funds by asking family and friends to sponsor them as they will complete laps on the day of the walk-a-thon. Kinder-2nd grade will walk 5 laps, 3rd-5th grade will walk 10 laps, and middle school will walk 15 laps. All proceeds will go to the Heritage Fund which provides need-based financial aid to families.
Students and classes will also have an opportunity to earn a number of prizes and awards based on their participation in the Walk-a-thon. At the end of the fundraiser, the class that raises the most money will win a pizza party!
Last year was a great success and we hope to continue building on that success this year! It does not matter if your child raises $5 or $100 or even more. The important thing is that your child goes out an ambassador of our school and tires their best.
