Important Notice: Annual Chocolate Fundraiser
Dear St. Thomas Families,
It is that time of year for selling WORLD’S FINEST CHOCOLATE! Traditionally, this has been one of our most successful school fundraisers of the year. It is due to our constant fundraising that we can keep the tuition at an affordable rate.
This year due to the pandemic and the current financial strain, we are going to minimize the required quantity of boxes sold per student.
Each family who HAS NOT opted out of fundraising will be required to sell ONE box of 60 chocolates per student. If you are not required to participate in fundraising but would like to sell chocolates, you will earn 10 service hours per box sold.
We understand it may be more difficult to sell chocolates due to the current social distancing guidelines. For this reason, we are offering the option for families to pay the profit for each box instead. The school makes $0.50 cents for every bar sold.
1 Student — 1 Box = $30 profit
2 Students — 2 Boxes = $60 profit
3 Students — 3 Boxes = $90 profit
4 Students — 4 Boxes = $120 profit
If you choose this option and not sell the required box per student, money must be sent in no later than Monday, August 31st between 8am-10am and 3pm-5pm. If you would like to add it to your FACTS account, please contact the office via email office@saintthomasla.org.

Notificación importante: Venta de Chocolates
Queridas familias de la escuela Santo Tomas,
Ya ha llegado el tiempo para vender WORLD’S FINEST CHOCOLATE! Tradicionalmente, esta venta es una de nuestras recaudaciones de fondo mas exitosos del año. Es a través de nuestra continua recaudación de fondos que podemos mantener nuestra colegiatura a una cantidad razonable.
Esta año por la pandemia y los efectos económicos, hemos reducido el numero de cajas requeridas por cada estudiante.
Cada familia que ha elegido la opción de participar en recaudaciones, se le requerirá vender UNA caja de 60 chocolates por cada estudiante. Si no se les requiere participar, pero les gustaría vender chocolates, recibirán 10 horas de servicio por cada caja vendida.
Entendemos que será un poco mas difícil vender chocolates por tener que seguir las guías de distanciamiento social. Por esta razón, estamos ofreciendo la opción de pagar las ganancias de cada caja en lugar de vender. La escuela recibe $0.50 centavos por cada barra de chocolate.
1 Estudiante — 1 Caja = $30 ganancia
2 Estudiantes — 2 Cajas = $60 ganancia
3 Estudiantes — 3 Cajas = $90 ganancias
4 Estudiante — 4 Cajas = $120 ganancia
Si escogen esta opción de no vender, se les pide que paguen la ganancia a mas tardar el lunes, 31 de agosto entre 8am-10am y 3pm-5pm. Si gustaría que se la añadiera este cobra a su cuenta de FACTS, por favor de notifica a Ms. Estrella por correo electrónico a office@sainthtomasla.org.
