Turkey Run & Luncheon
Tuesday, November 21st
Dear parents,
We are in need of 10 hams and a lot of help to make this year’s Thanksgiving Feast a success.
Hams must be brought to school cooked by 8 am, the morning of the Thanksgiving Feast 11/21.
If you would like to prepare Turkey’s parents will be meeting on Monday, 11/20 after school at 12pm. Please sign up with Ms. Estrella.
We need volunteers to help prepare the food and serve students starting on Tuesday, 11/21 at 7:00am. All parents volunteers must be fingerprinted and VIRTUS trained to serve children.
Service hours will be given for all donations and hours served.

Estimados Padres,
En caso que no pueda venir, necesitamos 10 jamones y mucha ayuda para que este evento sea todo un éxito.
Deberán traer los pavos a más tardar el viernes 17 de Noviembre, 2017 a las 2:45pm. Pavos tienen que ser por lo meno 17 libras.
Traer el jamón ya cocinado a la escuela el martes 11/21 a las 8am.
Si le gustaría ayudar a prepararlos con la Sra. Marroquin entonces esas personas se reunirán el lunes 11/20 a las 12:00pm. Por favor anotarse con la Ms. Estrella.
Necesitamos voluntarios para ayudar a preparar y servirles a los alumnos. Todo voluntario deberá tener sus huellas y la clase de VIRTUS. Por favor confirmar antes con Ms. Estrella.
Las horas de servicio se darán a cambio por toda donación.
Espero verlos pronto y celebrar juntos.
