Notice RE: Re-Registration and Curriculum/Tech Fee
Dear Parents,
Due to the recent school closure mandates from the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, our re-registration process and deadlines have been impacted.
Our deadline for re-registration for the 2020-2021 school year was March 11th and the curriculum/tech fee along with the emergency kit fee were due on May 1st. If you have not re-registered, we ask that you please contact the office (via e-mail: office@saintthomasla.org) and make arrangements by Tuesday, May 26th. While we cannot accept payment in person, we ask that you contact our office to schedule your payment via FACTS.
It is important that we save your child’s roster spot as we begin to plan for the next school year.
If you are not able to complete these fees at this time due to your family’s financial situation, please contact Mr. Cuevas at principal@saintthomasla.org as soon as possible. We are here to help you during this time, but we ask that you keep in communication with us.

Querido Padres de Familia,
Debido a las recientes clausuras escolares en la Arquidiócesis de Los Ángeles, nuestro proceso de re-registración y las fechas de entrega han sido impactadas.
La fecha de entrega para la re-registración para el año escolar 2020-2021 fue el 11 de marzo y la cuota de currículo/tecnología al igual que la cuota del estuche de emergencia se tuvo que entregar a más tardar el 1 de mayo. Si todavía no ha registrado a su estudiante, por favor comuniquese con la oficina por correo electrónico (office@saintthomasla.org) antes del martes, 26 de mayo. Como no podemos recibir pagos en persona, les pedimos que contacten a nuestra oficina para programar su pago a través de FACTS.
Es muy importante que guardemos espacio en la clase de su hijo(a) ahora que comenzamos las preparaciones para el próximo año.
Si por alguna razón no puede cumplir con sus cuotas a tiempo por un cambio en su situación financiera, por favor de contactar al Sr. Cuevas (principal@saintthomasla.org) lo más pronto posible. Estamos aquí para ayudarlos durante este tiempo, pero por favor les pedimos que se mantengan en comunicación con nosotros.
